The Argentine Tango seminar classes in Xanthi, organized by TangoAires, have been a core part of our educational philosophy for many years.
Through these seminars, our community has had the opportunity to connect with different schools, teaching approaches and tango philosophies, always staying faithful to the essence of Argentine Tango.
Each seminar is designed as a self-contained educational experience, with a clear theme and structure, and is addressed to dancers who wish to evolve beyond the weekly class routine.
Unlike regular weekly classes, our seminar classes:
Focus on specific technical or musical topics
Have an intensive and concentrated format
Allow time for analysis, individual correction and deeper understanding
Act as milestones in a dancer’s personal development
The goal is not the amount of material covered, but the quality of understanding and experience.
Our teaching approach in seminar classes is built around three fundamental pillars:
Connection
Tango as communication, not memorization of figures.
Musicality
Understanding rhythm, phrasing and musical dynamics.
Body & Movement
Balance, economy of motion, walking quality and natural flow.
The aim is for every participant to leave with practical tools that can be applied immediately in their dancing.
