Tango Festivalitos

Boutique Argentine Tango Weekends by Tango Aires

Tango Festivalitos are carefully curated Argentine Tango weekends with a strong educational and social focus.
They combine thematic seminars, milongas, and direct interaction with internationally renowned tango teachers, offering a deep and authentic tango experience.

What are Tango Festivalitos?

Tango Festivalitos are not “small festivals”.
They are boutique tango weekends, designed for dancers who value depth, quality, and meaningful learning.

Each Festivalito focuses on a specific theme and includes:

Thematic tango seminars

Social milongas with a distinctive atmosphere

A limited number of participants

Emphasis on connection, musicality, and social tango

International guest teachers & milonga shows

A defining element of Tango Festivalitos is the presence of internationally recognized Argentine Tango teachers, actively involved throughout the weekend.

Depending on the edition, guest teachers:

  • Teach thematic seminars

  • Perform shows during the milongas

  • Or combine both teaching and performing, enriching the overall experience

Interaction with the teachers goes beyond the classroom or the stage, extending into the shared social dancing experience.

The Festivalito philosophy

Tango Festivalitos follow the core philosophy of Tango Aires:

  • Tango as a social dance

  • Learning through experience

  • Respect for musicality and embrace

  • A pressure-free, welcoming environment

The goal is meaningful development within a warm and community-driven atmosphere.
