TangoAires Festival Xanthi 2014 – 1st Edition
5-7 December 2014 (Xanthi)
The TangoAires Festival Xanthi 2014 – 1st Edition took place on 5–7 December 2014 in Xanthi, Greece. It was the very first edition that set the foundation for everything that followed in the TangoAires Festivals. From the beginning, the idea was simple: to create an event built around social Argentine Tango, connection, and a strong sense of community.
Our guest teachers for the first TangoAires Festival were Gabriel Marino and Monica Parra, two acclaimed tango dancers known for their powerful performances and their contribution to the art of tango. With strong stage presence and deep connection in their dancing, they gave this first edition a unique energy that stayed in the memory of everyone who attended.

Seminars & Milongas
The festival included seminars and milongas, giving participants the chance to work on connection, musicality and movement quality. At the same time, the social nights created the space where tango becomes real. For us, tango is always about the community. That feeling started from the very first TangoAires Festival Xanthi 2014.
